NCG has established innovative working system, and has a good understanding of latest guidelines, laws and regulations of Lao PDR. NCG maintains close ties with important Government Agencies such as MONRE, Department of Energy, Provinces, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Electricite du Lao (EDL) and local groups in remote areas.

We have many Lao senior experts who graduated from overseas programs in China, Russia, France, Australia New Zealand, Canada and Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand. We also have in-house international experts who ensure the work meets international standards. These experts live permanently in Lao PDR and have no associated travel or accommodation. Furthermore, NCG has a network of more than 200 experienced surveyors who are ready for field work in any part of Laos. Many could also speak ethnic languages. NCG also provides training for our staffs regularly to ensure that all project conduct by NCG will achieve the goal and go along with Lao PDR rules and regulations.
